Dryanovo – an especially attractive place, where one of the oldest traces of life on the Balkan peninsula were found, is the Bacho Kiro cave. The Second Bulgarian Kingdom is integrally related with the Dryanovo region. There are remnants from that time of the medieval fortresses: Gradat, Boruna, Lipovo Gradishte, etc.
