Are there many places in Bulgaria, and in Europe, where you can ride a bike in a valley rich in Thracian tombs? Kazanlak has a plan to become such a place. The town has a built-in network of bicycle paths that covers some of the nearby villages, as well as a path between the Rosarium park (with the Rose Museum) and the Tyulbeto park. In the latter, the Kazanlak Thracian tomb is located – part of the UNESCO World Heritage List. According to the "World of the Thracians" project, which is in the process of implementation, a new 6.6 km cycle path was built, which connects the large tomb with four more – Ostrusha, Helvetsia, Griffoni and Shushmanets. There is also a working project for the construction of a promenade next to the Koprinka Dam.
