The Karlovo History Museum is located in the building of the former Fifth Grade Boys' School, built in 1871. It is situated next to Vasil Levski Square, opposite the St. Nikolay Church in the Old Karlovo Historical Area, a group monument of architecture and urbanism from the period of the National Revival, in the historical central part of the town. Here are some of the most valuable single cultural monuments, most of the rich green Karlovo revival courtyards, many ancient fountains and wells. The integrity of this architectural ensemble with buildings preserved in their authentic form is a wonderful opportunity for every visitor to immerse themselves in the unique revival atmosphere and beauty of the town of Karlovo.
