Parvomai municipality - from millennia of man's existence in the area there are settlement and burial mounds, ancient settlements and necropolises, medieval settlements and fortresses, pagan and Christian temples. The most valuable find of the era is a gold plate used as jewellery and can be considered one of the oldest processed gold products in the world.
The Black Rock (Kara Kaya) has around twenty niches carved into it and is stained with iron ore, emerging from the rock in dark colours. There are cult wells and interesting signs carved on its top. The complex of sanctuaries located near the village of Bukovo includes several rock massifs with carved trapezoidal niches from the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age.
