Euxinograd Winery, Municipality of Varna

This is the oldest winery in Bulgaria and the only functioning state winery. It was established in the Euxinograd Palace in 1891 for the needs of Prince Ferdinand. The winery is located on two underground levels, with the barrels located at a depth of 12m. It also includes a reception wing, a laboratory, a bottling workshop, a degustation room, and administrative area. It produces 12 types of white wine, 2 types of brandy and 7 types of cognac, the most famous of which is Euxignac, which is aged in oak barrels for 10 or 20 years.
